Summer Availability

My schedule is more limited over the summer months, which means appointment times may book up more quickly than usual. I am also away from July 7th to July 22nd. If you’re hoping to secure a consistent time, I recommend booking in advance when possible. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor and the founder of Free to Feel Club, I provide in-person therapy in Vancouver and virtual therapy to humans across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. This means that I can meet you wherever you are – literally!

I believe that therapy should feel approachable, personalized, and connected. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, attachment, people-pleasing and perfectionism, chronic shame, self-esteem, trauma, break-ups and divorce and so much more.
